hi seniors from 09/10 batch (: this is to inform u all that the strings room lock code has been changed from 853 to 012, due to people bringing their non-strings friend into the room, and even knowing the original code. Do pass the message around to your batchmates if u chance upon this!

haha, open house just gets me so high!!!

ok, early in the morning at 7 o'clock, we met in the strings room. wah, everything was ready by 8 plus, with a little bit of hiccups with the videos. kudos to zhuni and yibing, for lugging their laptops to school. without their help, i think i will probably make a break for the fish tank com le. the decor for the booth was very nice!!!

first thing is the school decor in general. the council did a great job in netting the balloons over the stratosphere of the school, giving a feeling of skyscrapers. then next is the banners fight. still remembered that the initial rule was 2m by 1m, but somehow everything ballooned in size. so it was actually a competition for size. i guess this is so much better, coz it makes the school environment so much more vibrant.

ok, the juniors who came were not a lot la. not like it was overwhelming. then we performed!!! yay!!! we rawk sia!!! although it was quite soft initially, the second one was good. nice to see the chinese high juniors come over to lend their support. especially heartening to see that many of them are actually willing to carry on in strings when they come to hc.

with much effort, we are able to give away all of our flyers and our gifts. haha, many of them landed in the hands of the participants more than the juniors. but in any case, it was an eye opener for me, and i learnt how to make use of my freaking mouth to actually intimidate juniors into taking the stuffs from me. ok, maybe they were just irritated. but in any case, i also took up the job of a tour guide, and i thought it was actually very interesting. the best part of the whole tour was actually to show them to the fish tank. hee, they love it leh!!!!

yay do get the photos from baohe!!!

YANMIN!!!!
