Hello J1's!

Now that the new EXCO has been formed, I would like to say a few words.

For those who didnt manage to get a post, I hope that you all will still put in your best for the CCA and contribute as much as possible, you are still part of the ensemble and everyone treasures each and every one of you.

For the EXCO, cooperate and solve disputes in the manner that you guys wrote in "Describe your conflict management style". And some of my thoughts that went almost completely unnoticed by my batch, It is the inclusion and involvement of everyone that gains your trust and enables everyone to cooperate and communicate with ease. It is also this inclusion and involvement of everyone that will, no matter if they are willing to contribute or not, lead to the eventual strengthening of the bonds between strings members.
Remember, opinions do matter and how to improve yourselves is to listen to people and recognize your weakness.

Of course, since you have already gained the votes and support from your batchmates, please do not make them lose confidence in you by slacking off or not fulfilling your duties.

For the front desks, Sometimes, it’s alright to give weaker players more chances to play out, and also, learn to empathize with them and view things from a different perspective. Do not look down on players, if you do that'll be your number 1 failure as a section leader.

Yep. Nothing much else to say. Hopefully you guys have a better life. (:
