Hello J1's!

Now that the new EXCO has been formed, I would like to say a few words.

For those who didnt manage to get a post, I hope that you all will still put in your best for the CCA and contribute as much as possible, you are still part of the ensemble and everyone treasures each and every one of you.

For the EXCO, cooperate and solve disputes in the manner that you guys wrote in "Describe your conflict management style". And some of my thoughts that went almost completely unnoticed by my batch, It is the inclusion and involvement of everyone that gains your trust and enables everyone to cooperate and communicate with ease. It is also this inclusion and involvement of everyone that will, no matter if they are willing to contribute or not, lead to the eventual strengthening of the bonds between strings members.
Remember, opinions do matter and how to improve yourselves is to listen to people and recognize your weakness.

Of course, since you have already gained the votes and support from your batchmates, please do not make them lose confidence in you by slacking off or not fulfilling your duties.

For the front desks, Sometimes, it’s alright to give weaker players more chances to play out, and also, learn to empathize with them and view things from a different perspective. Do not look down on players, if you do that'll be your number 1 failure as a section leader.

Yep. Nothing much else to say. Hopefully you guys have a better life. (:

lol yea haha i thot it will be nice if i post something on this wall and actually its gonna be my first post on this blog too haha.

hopefully everyone enjoyed the jts just now at sakae haha, cos i thought it was really nice to see all of u guys attending the jts and eat together haha.

to think about it about 5 months is going to be over so fast and our seniors are going to retire soon, i guess i personally really had a great time being with the ensemble with our seniors n peers alike haha. shant get to detailed here lol.

oh yea and although the new strings room is small but honestly speaking i think if we really do a good interior design, it will look really warm and homey yea. tts very random lol.

Would just like to congratulate all for making this concert a success yada yada the usual y'know hahahaha especially the violin 1's for putting in all the effort into extra sectionals that Sarah has so responsibly conducted and held!

Been a great year/term/dno how long working with you all haha and well I'll only be playing with you all for Arts Fest and not going to Bangkok trip, so i'll just like to take this opportunity to xie xie ni men once again for being a wonderful section. hahahaha dont make me take back my words after arts fest hor. i think ill end up making all the mistakes anyway. :)
