Yeahh thanks for that great performance guys. My friend just told me that he's addicted to explosive..lol! :D:D Ok back to proper stuff.

Firstly I'd like to thank Zhiwei and the Open House Comm for their creative ideas and suggestions for open house'07 :) Ppl who haven't read it, please scroll down, it's very comprehensive!:)

I just got some information from the council; and just to add on!

1. There will be an Open House performance in the central plaza, whereby each group will be given some time to perform. The music comm will be discussing about what pieces to play, and it'll be updated on the blog;

2. The overall layout of the Open House booths (ie. where each booth is going to be) has not been finalised by the council yet, so we will be discussing about it as well. We will be either in the left or right wings/outside the auditorium.

3. The ideas proposed in the prev blog post do seem quite interesting; I think the mobile publicity idea would be rather effective. Anyone with more suggestions please feel free to email Zhiwei, Farrica or Huifen :)

Next, some admin stuff to settle!

1. End-of-year scheduling: Could everyone email/sms me by Friday 7 Sept to inform me of your plans for the Nov/Dec holidays? This will facilitate the planning of the End of Year activities, such as gigs, as well as outings etc with potential J1 members to get to know them better. Please tell me how long you will be away, the specific dates if you have them already (if not approximate timings would be appreciated as well), as well as what you will be involved in (e.g. research attachments, family holiday, overseas immersion programmes, OCIP etc.).
