hey all stringers!!!

the welfare co is proposing to organize a chalet for all j1s this year. the sole purpose is to unwind and have fuN!!!

as such, we would like to gathe responses for the chalet. tentatively, it should be three days two nites. locations are to be confirmed. some choices include aloha loyang etc. please reply fast so that we can book the chalets before they are all taken up for the school hols. also, the chalet is before our important camp!

also, we have activities like bbq etc. ok, gather responses before we get rara and excited. need to know the days when everyone will be free. do contact kevin by this coming tuesday, 27 august to confirm if u want to go, and also the dates when u are free.

yingshi has a cip-grabbing opportunity for those of you who are interested. its not in strings context, but if you guys are interested, its at bishan this saturday, 26th, next weekend, 2nd and 3rd. all you have to do is help sell bookmarks from 1230 to 1700. cip hours will be awarded accordingly. if anyone wants to go, call lenard 98200462, or yingshi, 98315836.

Okay here's a newer version of what's going onto the strings shirt. Yay all three clefs are in now - first one to spot them gets bragging rights! :D



x Anyway. Let's not put it directly smack behind our shirt. Cause that's what harmonica's doing. I was thinking we could place it at the bottom right hand corner of the strings tee instead, that'd be cool.

x Also also. Colors! I was thinking the guys can have a black base white w/ design while the girls wear a white base w/ (insert color) design. Variety is good, no? Okay anyway, suggestions, complaints, irritating whines can all go on the tagboard. So that's it for now. Tata.

all of you should know that we're having a camp and concert at the end of the year, together with sec 4s from various schools. need you all to tell me when you would prefer it to be held. currently the general timeframe is from the last week of nov all the way to third week of dec (18 to 24th)

hello people!!!! this is my virgin BLOG entry at the newly-founded strings blog at simplystrings.blogspot.com so i shall write simply since it's supposed to be simple on the simplystrings' blog. if it's not simple, then the entries will be an antithesis of the simple url of the simplystrings' blog. strings will not be simple and become complicated 'cause my entry is NOT simple. then erm - things wont be that simple.

so people guess who am i? isnt this so FUN!!! i'm trying to inject some fun and anxiety into this blog so that people will start blogging. i may be a HACKER! omg - strings blog is hacked by a not-so SIMPLE person! TROUBLE is brewing like coffee. STRINGERS who pledged their undying loyalty to this CCA *points to that room on the 4th level from the outer plaza* - do something to salvage this blog by guessing who this HACKER is! before i tear down this simple blog with my not-so-simple antics which will have you crying over the remnants of the blog.

i can do lotsa things to this blog k! like erm *scratches head* erm ... *pondering* erm ... i will tell u when i blog next time.

so the million-dollar-question: WHO AM I? u will get that million bucks in hell! hey - it's the 7th month now. so next month is the 8th month. then erm - it will be singapore's birthday! yeah which is everyone's birthday. then the welco will be busy with celebrating everyone's birthday. everyone must have his own birthday cake. 'cause everyone likes to blow his own candles. and this is all because u will be getting ur million bucks in hell. as u have u answer my question.

Yep the blog is almost fully functional now. Can start blogging already! Rectified missing entry titles, corrected time settings, added announcements, birthdays, links, some photos.

Created a photobucket account; please upload all your fun photos there so we can replace the old icky ones we're using now. Bug me on msn for the login and password. Oh and while you're at it, bug me for the login and password of this blogger account so you can post stuff.

Do check this blog frequently for announcements and stuff on the event committees and year end camp/concert. Whee.
